We are located in the Skykomish Valley, 15 miles southeast of the City of Everett, less than one hour from the Stevens Pass Ski Area and downtown Seattle. From Monroe, one enjoys excellent access to mountain recreation areas, boating on Puget Sound, and city amenities.

Profile

Prior to assuming the position of Branch Manager in 2000, and then Designated Broker in 2006, I had over fifteen years experience in real estate, specializing in residential properties (resale and new construction), and vacant land. As a member of the City of Monroe Planning Commission I am knowledgeable on Growth Management issues and land use activities in the Monroe and surrounding Snohomish County areas.

Recent History

In April of 2000, I assumed the position of Managing Broker for the Monroe office. As manager, the majority of my time and effort is spent in supporting the Monroe agents. My success is dependent upon yours. It is a “non-compete” position, which means that any listing or selling work will be limited to personal referrals and already existing clients.  I stepped down from that position in the fall of 2008.
